The core of what we do. You’ll get a rewarding, full-body workout in a supportive environment with an expert trainer. No two classes are the same.

Personal training

Tailored 1-2-1 or small group sessions with your own trainer, fully dedicated to helping you achieve your specific goals.

Special Classes

Want to sweat it off on a Friday night to music? Like the idea of strength or gymnastics? Scheduled on a regular basis to add more variety to your workouts.

Beginners Course

CrossFit is for everyone! You’ll learn the fundamentals of a highly effective workout, giving you the confidence to hit the ground running.
